How to Fill UPSSSC Gram Panchayat Adhikari Online Form 2023

There are two ways to apply online:

🔹 Method 1: Login with Personal Details

• PET Registration Number

• Date of Birth

• Gender

• Domicile

• Category

🔹 Method 2: Login via OTP

• PET 2022 Registration Number

• OTP Password

Steps:

1. Log in using either method above.

2. Candidate details with photo and signature will appear.

3. Choose the desired post.

4. Pay the application fee of ₹25.

5. Check all details carefully before final submission.

6. Take a printout of the final submitted form.
